Richmound (2016 population: {{nts|147}}) is a village in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within the Rural Municipality of Enterprise No. 142 and Census Division No. 8. It is approximately {{convert|80|km}} northeast of Medicine Hat, Alberta. The economy is driven in large part by the oil and gas sector as well as agriculture. The area was originally settled by Germans, mostly Catholics from South Russia.
The village has a community hall, church, skating arena, ball diamonds, a credit union and a general store. The K-12 School was closed in 2008, and students are now bussed to a neighbouring village.
In September 2023, the leader of a sovereign citizen group Romana Didulo and about fifteen to twenty-five supporters took up residence in a former school.{{cite web|url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-66930536|title=A QAnon 'queen' and the Canada town that wants her gone|first=Mike|last=Wendling|publisher=BBC News|date=2023-09-28|accessdate=2023-09-28}}{{cite web|title='Go Home': Locals Drive QAnon Queen Cult Leader Out of Yet Another Town|url=https://www.vice.com/en/article/5d9wan/go-home-locals-drive-qanon-queen-cult-leader-out-of-yet-another-town|first=Mack|last=Lamoureux|publisher=Vice.com|date=2023-09-20|accessdate=2023-09-28}} Didulo responded to demonstrations against her presence in Richmound by allegedly threatening local officials through emails and social media posts.{{Cite news |date=6 October 2023 |title=Cult of self-proclaimed 'Queen of Canada' threatens Sask. village with public executions |work=CBC News |url=https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatchewan/cult-of-self-proclaimed-queen-of-canada-threaten-sask-village-with-public-executions-1.6988680 |url-status=live |access-date=6 October 2023 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20231006221209/https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatchewan/cult-of-self-proclaimed-queen-of-canada-threaten-sask-village-with-public-executions-1.6988680 |archive-date=6 October 2023}}{{Cite news |last=Lamoureux |first=Mack |date=6 October 2023 |title=Death Threats, Closed Playgrounds: QAnon Queen Wreaks Havoc in Small Town Canada |work=Vice News |url=https://www.vice.com/en/article/7kx7q9/death-threats-closed-playgrounds-qanon-queen-wreaks-havoc-in-small-town-canada |url-status=live |access-date=7 October 2023 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20231007105638/https://www.vice.com/en/article/7kx7q9/death-threats-closed-playgrounds-qanon-queen-wreaks-havoc-in-small-town-canada |archive-date=7 October 2023}}{{Cite news |date=4 October 2023 |title=Ominous letters from 'Queen of Canada' concern Richmound mayor |work=CKOM News |url=https://www.ckom.com/2023/10/04/ominous-letters-from-queen-of-canada-concern-richmound-mayor/ |url-status=live |access-date=7 October 2023 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20231007105624/https://www.ckom.com/2023/10/04/ominous-letters-from-queen-of-canada-concern-richmound-mayor/ |archive-date=7 October 2023}}
