Riding High is the first album by the Dayton, Ohio funk band Faze-O.{{cite web|last1=Wynn|first1=Ron|title=Biography|url=http://www.allmusic.com/artist/faze-o-mn0000136263/biography|website=ALLMusic|accessdate=4 August 2014}} Released in 1977 on Atlantic Records subsidiary label, She Records, it was produced by the Ohio Players. They would chart in 1978 with the top ten R&B single, "Riding High".

"Riding High" went on to be an oft-sampled song for many hip hop and R&B acts from the late 1980s onwards.{{cite book |last1=Muggs |first1=Joe |last2=Stevens |first2=Brian |title=Bass, Mids, Tops: An Oral History of Sound System Culture |date=2020 |publisher=MIT Press |isbn=1913689050 |page=543}} It was first sampled in Fresh Four's "Wishing on a Star" in 1989, produced by The High & Mighty.
