Robert Samuel Kiernan (born 13 January 1991) is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. Born in England, he represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level.

Watford sent two youth squads to the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland in the summer of 2008. Later that summer, Kiernan was called up by the Ireland under-19 team for a four-nation tournament, but he had to withdraw after tearing his right thigh muscle.

He then renewed his loan deal on 11 January 2013. On 7 February 2020, Kiernan joined USA club Orange County SC.
