Rob Meens
Robert Marie Joseph "Rob" Meens (born 14 August 1959, Heerlen)[https://books.google.com/books?id=8J7z1Wk1C4YC&pg=PA581 Rob Meens CV] is a Dutch historian and professor at Utrecht University.
Meens got his Ph.D. from Nijmegen University in 1994.
