Roccasicura is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about {{convert|40|km|mi}} northwest of Campobasso and about {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} north of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 610 and an area of {{convert|29.0|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.
Roccasicura borders the following municipalities: Carovilli, Forlì del Sannio, Isernia, Miranda, Vastogirardi.
