Repoz was born in Bellingham, Washington. He batted and threw left-handed, stood {{convert|6|ft|3|in}} tall and weighed {{convert|190|lb}}. Strong defensively, Repoz posted a career .991 fielding percentage playing at all three outfield positions and first base.
