Romanengo (Cremasco: {{lang|lmo|Rumanènch}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|50|km|mi}} east of Milan and about {{convert|35|km|mi}} northwest of Cremona.

Romanengo borders the following municipalities: Casaletto di Sopra, Izano, Offanengo, Salvirola, Ticengo.
