Former company vice-president, Anton Sestritsyn accused the Roshel and top executives - including CEO Roman Shimonov - of bribing Ukrainian official to help secure a $92 million dollar deal through the government of Canada.https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/defence-firm-paid-ukrainian-broker-to-secure-92-million-sole-sourced-contract-with-ottawa-lawsuit-says Roshel has claimed the government has cleared them after an audit and found no wrongdoing, but as of May 7 2023 the report had not been made available to the public.
