Royal Danish Yacht Club ({{langx|da|Kongelig Dansk Yachtklub}}; shortened KDY) is a Danish yacht club in Copenhagen that was established 1866 under the name Dansk Forening for Lystsejlads.{{Cite web|url=http://www.icoyc.org/Default.aspx?p=DynamicModule&pageid=314612&ssid=204829&vnf=1|title=KDY-Royal Danish Yacht Club - International Council of Yacht Clubs|website=www.icoyc.org|access-date=2017-08-05}} It is the oldest yacht club in Denmark, and has been under royal patronage since Christian IX's approval in 1891. It has about 2,200 members.
