Rushley Island is a small uninhabited island in Essex, England.{{cite book |last=Holland |first=J. |year=2007 |title=Exploring the Islands of England and Wales: including the Channel Islands |publisher=Frances Lincoln |page= 92}} It is the smallest of six islands comprising an archipelago in Essex, and is privately owned.
