Russell is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Barrow County, Georgia, United States. History

The Georgia General Assembly incorporated Russell in 1902.{{cite web | url=http://barrowchamber.com/community/history-of-barrow-county/ | title=History of Barrow County | publisher=Barrow County Chamber of Commerce | accessdate=28 May 2019}} The city's municipal charter was repealed in 1995.

Geography
