Ruth-Anne Cunningham (born 2 April 1986), known professionally as RuthAnne, is an Irish singer-songwriter, artist, mother, and author. Starting her career at 17, she penned JoJo’s hit "Too Little, Too Late", propelling her into the spotlight as a sought-after writer. Over the years, she’s written iconic songs such as "In the Name of Love" performed by Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha, "Work Bitch" performed by Britney Spears, "Slow Hands" performed by Niall Horan, "Where Do Broken Hearts Go", "No Control" performed by One Direction and "Beautiful World" performed by Westlife.

RuthAnne’s debut solo single, "The Vow" (2018), continues to be a viral anthem for weddings and engagements. Her songwriting is marked by a talent for capturing deeply personal and universal emotions, often telling stories without needing a clear resolution.

Her music blends genres, drawing influence from legendary vocalists like Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. RuthAnne's work as an artist is characterized by emotional depth and authenticity, with songs like "The Way I’m Wired," inspired by her experience with chronic endometriosis, offering both comfort and advocacy for women’s health issues.

Beyond her music career, RuthAnne has become an advocate for endometriosis awareness and founded the educational project Endo&ME. With two decades of experience, RuthAnne’s multifaceted career reflects her belief that creativity knows no bounds, as she embraces roles as an artist, songwriter, mother, and author.

On 23 March 2018, Cunningham released her own first single "The Vow". Cunningham's debut album Matters of the Heart was released on 4 October 2019.{{Cite web |date=2019-09-10 |title=Albums to be released in 2019 by Irish artists |url=https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/albums-to-be-released-in-2019-by-irish-artists__25386/ |access-date=2024-11-11 |website=Official Charts |language=en}} RuthAnne made her return in 2025 with single "The Way I'm Wired", a song dedicated to those who suffer with endometriosis, but on a wider scale, also to those who suffer with a chronic illness.
