Early life
Armstrong was born in New York City to Canadian parents Dr. Berta Bacic and actor Dean Armstrong; she is the youngest of five children.
Career
Armstrong made her screen debut as Minnie May Barry in the TV series Anne with an E from 2017 to 2019. At the age of 8, she made her film debut in the drama film The Art of Racing in the Rain, starring Kevin Costner, Milo Ventimiglia, Amanda Seyfried and Gary Cole.
In 2022, Armstrong portrayed the role of the title character in Firestarter. Awards and nominations
Armstrong made headlines in 2023 when, as a 12-year-old, she was nominated for the 2022 Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actress for her performance in Firestarter.
