Early life and education

Serhant was born in Houston, Texas. Serhant was raised in Topsfield, Massachusetts, on the North Shore of Massachusetts.{{Citation needed|date=July 2024}}

In 2012, he launched his bi-coastal brokerage team, the Serhant Team, which consisted of 60 people in New York City, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team specializes in high-end residential condo and co-op sales, homes, and new development sales.
