Supramanian Mylvaganam Manickarajah was a Ceylon Tamil politician and Member of Parliament.

Manickarajah was the Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi's (Federal Party) candidate at the November 1963 by-election in Trincomalee held following the death of incumbent R. N. Rajavarothiam.
