SISNE plus is a DOS 3.3 compatible{{cite magazine|url=https://ia804707.us.archive.org/14/items/Mikroprozessortechnik_1987-1990/Mikroprozessortechnik_89_1-12.pdf|title='89er Messe-Leitthema: Flexible Automatisierung|work=MP Mikroprozessortechnik|last1=Hemke|first1=H.|last2=Hill|first2=H.-J.|last3=Weiß|first3=H.|publisher=VEB Verlag Technik Berlin|year=1989|issn=0233-2892|language=German}} clone created by Itautec and Scopus Tecnologia in Brazil prior to the end of the Market Reserve in 1991, which, at that time, forbade the importation of electronic equipment and software for general use.

The system was sold with PC/XT compatible Itautec IS 30 computers{{cite news|url=https://ia801909.us.archive.org/22/items/1988-outubro-21/1988%20Outubro%2021.pdf|title=PARA QUEM NÃO ACREDITAVA NA TECNOLOGIA NACIONAL, A ITAUTEC DÁ UMA RESPOSTA DESTE TAMANHO.|work=Jornal do Brasil|page=13|year=1988|orig-date=1988-10-21|language=Portuguese|access-date=2022-12-30}} and with Itautec IS 386 computers.

With the widespread use of MS-DOS after the importations were allowed, the SISNE plus operating system was discontinued.
