He was born in Istanbul.{{cite web|url=http://www.turkcebilgi.com/ansiklopedi/sabih_arca|title=Sabih Arca|access-date=15 August 2022}} He played as a central midfielder or as a left midfielder. He played for Fenerbahçe between 1918 and 1929 and won the 1920–21 and 1922–23 Istanbul Football League.
