Sagamai ({{IAST|Sagāmaī}}) is a village in Bhongaon tehsil of Mainpuri district, Uttar Pradesh. It is the headquarters of the community development block of Jagir, which comprises Sagamai plus 56 other villages. As of 2011, Sagamai had a population of 3,369, in 587 households.

Demographics

As of 2011, Sagamai had a population of 3,369, in 587 households.{{rp|217}} This population was 53.2% male (1,793) and 46.8% female (1,576). Infrastructure

As of 2011, Sagamai had 3 primary schools and 1 maternity and child welfare centre. Drinking water was provided by well, hand pump, and tube well; there were no public toilets. The village had a post office but no public library; there was at least some access to electricity for all purposes.
