Saint-Flavien ({{IPA|fr|sɛ̃ flavjɛ̃}}) is a municipality in the Lotbinière Regional County Municipality in Quebec, Canada. It is named after Archbishop Pierre-Flavien Turgeon and was created from the merger of the parish and the village of the same name.
