Sam Wykes (born 25 April 1988) is a former{{Cite web |date=18 April 2025 |title=Sam Wykes |website=Australian Broadcasting Corporation |url=https://www.abc.net.au/radio/people/sam-wykes/102150624}} rugby union footballer. His regular playing position is lock. He currently represents the {{Rut|Sunwolves}} in Super Rugby. He made his debut during the 2008 Super 14 season against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.
