Donald Alexander McGregor (March 30, 1939 – November 6, 2023) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played two games in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers during the 1963–64 season.{{cite web|url=https://www.nhl.com/player/sandy-mcgregor-8447778|title=Sandy McGregor page|publisher=NHL|accessdate=October 18, 2022}} The rest of his career, which lasted from 1959 to 1969, was spent in the minor leagues.
