Composition
"Sanguine Paradise" features a direct sample from Mykko Montana and K Camp's 2012 song, "Do It". The horn line and drums can be clearly heard, as well as a similar rhythm and tempo.{{Cite web|url=https://www.whosampled.com/Mykko-Montana/Do-It/|title=Do It by Mykko Montana feat. K Camp on WhoSampled|website=WhoSampled}} The song before being reworked was noted as having "the presence of some intense MIDI brass" while the reworked version was described as "opting for a more subdued variant."{{Cite web|url=https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/lil-uzi-verts-sanguine-paradise-changes-on-streaming-services-news.77491.html|title=Lil Uzi Vert's "Sanguine Paradise" Changes On Streaming Services|website=HotNewHipHop|access-date=2019-04-19}} It is composed of "light piano rhythms along with trumpet beats."{{Cite web|url=https://justnje.com/listen-to-lil-uzi-verts-new-single-sanguine-paradise/|title=Listen to Lil Uzi Vert's new single, Sanguine Paradise|language=en-US|access-date=2019-04-19}}{{Cite web|url=https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/lil-uzi-vert-is-officially-dropping-two-new-singles-today-news.76649.html|title=Lil Uzi Vert Is Officially Dropping Two New Singles Today|website=HotNewHipHop|access-date=2019-04-19}}
