Sarpsborg Arbeiderblad is a local newspaper in Sarpsborg, Norway. It is published six days a week. The chief editor is Bernt Frode Lyngstad.

It was established in 1929, after the demise of Østfold Arbeiderblad,{{cite book|last=Østbye|first=Helge|title=Massemediene|publisher=Tiden|location=Oslo|year=1984|pages=24|isbn=82-10-02375-6|language=Norwegian}} and was affiliated with the Labour Party.
