The current Satterley Property Group is a major land developer in Western Australia and Victoria. Satterley's developments include the Perth suburbs of {{WAcity|Baldivis}}, {{WAcity|Butler}}, {{WAcity|Clarkson}}, {{WAcity|Hocking}}. {{WAcity|Jindalee}}, {{WAcity|Iluka}}, and {{WAcity|Ridgewood}}.
