Scrafield is a hamlet and a deserted medieval village (DMV){{PastScape|mnumber=1052024|mname=Scrafield DMV|accessdate=20 June 2011}} in the civil parish of Mareham on the Hill, in the East Lindsey district, in the county of Lincolnshire, England. It is approximately {{convert|4|mi|km}} south-east of the town of Horncastle.
