Life
Hedges-Quinn was born in Ipswich in April 1968.{{Cite web|title=Suffolk Artists - HEDGES-QUINN, Sean|url=https://suffolkartists.co.uk/index.cgi?choice=painter&pid=4396|access-date=2020-08-12|website=suffolkartists.co.uk}} After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire, Hedges-Quinn worked in the film industry as a model-maker, prop-master and sculptor.
