Club career

Born in Canelones, Rodríguez began playing youth football with Danubio, and made his professional debut with the first team on 4 December 2010, starting in a 4–2 home win over Central Español.[http://www.espectador.com/deportes/200216/septima-victoria-franjeada Séptima victoria franjeada (Seventh fringed victory)]; Espectador, 4 December 2010 {{in lang|es}} He finished the season with nine appearances (six starts, 551 minutes of action).
