Sesto ed Uniti (Cremonese: {{lang|lmo|Sést}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|70|km|mi}} southeast of Milan and about {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} northwest of Cremona.
