Sevkar ({{langx|hy|Սևքար}}, {{lit|Black Stone}}) is a village in the Ijevan Municipality of the Tavush Province of Armenia. Sevkar is the birthplace of the Armenian revolutionary leader Sevkaretsi Sako.
