Shaam Dhalay is a Pakistani romance drama film directed and produced by Santosh Kumar. The music of the film was composed by Rashid Attre. Although a commercially average film of the year 1960, it became popular due to Ghulam Mustafa Tabassum's ghazal Sau Baar Chaman Mehka, Sau Baar Bahar Aaee, performed by Naseem Begum for the film.{{Cite web|url=https://jang.com.pk/news/1015057|title={{Nq|فلموں سے مقبول ہونے والی غزلیں}}|date=23 November 2021|work=Jang (newspaper)|archive-date=20 September 2022|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20220920015117/https://jang.com.pk/news/1015057|url-status=live}}{{Cite web|url=http://www.mpaop.org/mpaop/pak-film-database/chronological-of-films/1960-2/|title=Showbiz Highlights of 1960|archive-date=17 October 2019|work=Mpaop|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20191017021544/http://www.mpaop.org/mpaop/pak-film-database/chronological-of-films/1960-2/|url-status=dead}}
