Shani Peak ({{langx|ur|شانی چوٹی}}), also known as Khaltar Peak,{{Citation needed|date=February 2025}} is a mountain to the south of Naltar Pass{{cite web |title=The HJ/30/27 NW. KARAKORAM, 1970 |url=https://www.himalayanclub.org/hj/30/27/nw-karakoram-1970/ |website=The Himalayan Club |access-date=17 February 2025 |language=en}} in the Gilgit District of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It lies to the west of Snow Dome (5,029 m) and in the northwest of Mehrbani Peak (5,639 m). To its east flows the Shani Glacier towards Naltar Valley.
