Sharena sol ({{langx|bg|шарена сол}}, lit. 'particoloured salt'), also known as colourful salt,{{Cite book| publisher = Hachette UK| isbn = 978-1-84803-586-7| last = Little| first = Maureen| title = The Kitchen Herb Garden: A Seasonal Guide to Growing, Cooking and Using Culinary Herbs| date = 2012-11-06}} is a spice mix used extensively in Bulgarian cuisine. Its most typical ingredients are dried summer savory, paprika and salt. In addition, dried fenugreek leaves are frequently added and thyme is not uncommon.
