Shiguaignathus is an extinct genus of therocephalian therapsid that lived in what is now China during the Late Permian.{{cite journal |last1=Liu |first1=Jun |last2=Abdala |first2=Fernando |title=The tetrapod fauna of the upper Permian Naobaogou Formation of China: 1. It was found to be a basal member of Akidnognathidae.
