History

Although the structures of both the Yurikamome and Toei stations were completed on 1 November 1995 and 12 December 2000, they were not opened yet as the surrounding area was undergoing redevelopment. The stations simultaneously opened for service on 2 November 2002.{{Cite news |title=苦戦2線 汐留で皮算用 |newspaper=朝日新聞 |publisher=朝日新聞社 |date=2002-11-02 |page=1}}外山勝彦「鉄道記録帳2002年11月」、『RAIL FAN』第50巻第2号、鉄道友の会、2003年2月1日、 20頁。
