Shiv Pratap Shukla (born 1 April 1952) is an Indian politician and statesman. Currently, he is the Governor of Himachal Pradesh. Shukla campaigned in the General Elections in 1989 and was elected a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, defeating Shri Sunil Shastri of INC.{{cite web|url=http://eci.nic.in/archive/May2007/pollupd/ac/states/s24/Partycomp169.htm| title =Gorakhpur Election Results since 1977 |publisher=Election Commission of India}} He was elected as Member of the Legislative Assembly four consecutive times in 1989, 1991, 1993 and 1996.

Shukla was appointed a state minister in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led governments in Uttar Pradesh.
