Due to partially being a freelancer, Kitamura is known for competing in various promotions of the Japanese independent scene. Kitamura is best known for his tenure with Pro Wrestling Zero1. Kitamura is known for competing in various of the promotion's signature events. Kitamura began working for Pro Wrestling Noah as a developmental talent shared by Zero1.
