Shu Siyao (born 12 September 1992) is a Chinese rhythmic gymnast. She won a gold medal at the 2014 World Cup in Debrecen, Hungary. She competed in the group rhythmic gymnastics competition at the 2016 Summer Olympics,{{cite web|url=https://www.olympic.org/siyao-shu|title=Siyao SHU - Olympic - People's Republic of China|date=|publisher=}} where the team was eliminated in the qualification round.
