Shu Heng (born 22 May 2004) is a Chinese long jumper. He competed at the 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships. Career

Hailing from Jilin, Heng finished fourth in the long jump at the 2023 Chinese National Indoor Championships in Tianjin. That year, he won the gold medal at the 2023 Asian U20 Athletics Championships in Yecheon, South Korea, just two weeks after his 19th birthday, with a personal best jump of 8.03 metres.
