Sir Sidney Horatio Marshall (17 July 1882 – 28 March 1973) was a British businessman and politician.{{cite web |url=http://www.ukwhoswho.com/view/article/oupww/whowaswho/U157219 |title=MARSHALL, Sir Sidney Horatio |work=Who Was Who |publisher=A & C Black |date=1920–2008 |accessdate=2011-02-08}} Born in Mitcham, He was Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Sutton and Cheam from 1945 to 1954.{{Rayment-hc|S|6|date=March 2012}} Furthermore, He was charter mayor when Sutton and Cheam was incorporated as a municipal borough in 1934,{{Cite web |title=History of our Area - Belmont & South Cheam Residents' Association |url=https://www.bscra.com/History.html |access-date=2024-12-17 |website=www.bscra.com}} and served as mayor again in 1936-37 and was a member of the Surrey County Council from 1931, before becoming chairman from 1947 to 1950.
