Sigar (or Sigegar; died c. 996) was an Anglo-Saxon Bishop of Wells.

Sigar was a monk at WinchesterKnowles Monastic Order in England p. 65 note 3 before becoming abbot of Glastonbury Abbey about 970.Knowles, et al. Heads of Religious Houses pp. 50–51 He was consecrated in 975 and died 28 June in either 996 or 997.Fryde, et al. Handbook of British Chronology p. 222
