Early life and education

Simi Pam was born in Nigeria, and moved with her parents to the UK at the age of 3. After moving she played many sports, but it was only during her fifth year of university she began playing rugby.

Club career

Pam joined Bristol in 2019, and has become a mainstay of their front row, including going viral for her highlight try after cantering down the wing, something very unusual for a player in her position.{{Cite tweet |user=BristolBearsW |number=1361295449378938892 |title=Pure unadulterated filth. @simsimpam played out every prop's dream and she did it in some style. |date=15 February 2021 |access-date=14 April 2025}}

She has also been notable for speaking out on the issue of black women's hair in rugby, and led her to a now iconic short hair look.{{cite web |title=Simi Pam On Sport Vs Hair |url=https://glorioussport.com/articles/simi-pam-rugby-player-black-womens-hair-sport/ |website=Glorious Sport |access-date=14 April 2025 |date=11 November 2022}}

International career

In 2024 Pam was first named in the training squad for England, and again in 2025 during the middle of the six nations.{{Cite tweet |user=RedRosesRugby |number=1909244854527308014 |title=Back in action. 35 players have assembled at Pennyhill Park ahead of Saturday’s #GuinnessW6N clash with Ireland. |date=7 April 2025 |access-date=14 April 2025}}
