Simphiwe Matanzima (born 18 August 1997) is a South African rugby union player for the {{Rut|Bulls}} in the United Rugby Championship, and the {{Rut|Blue Bulls}} in the Currie Cup.{{SA Rugby Player Profile | id=145194 | name=Simphiwe Matanzima | date=17 February 2019}} His regular position is loosehead prop.
