Sitafloxacin (INN; also called DU-6859a) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic{{cite journal | vauthors = Anderson DL | title = Sitafloxacin hydrate for bacterial infections | journal = Drugs of Today | volume = 44 | issue = 7 | pages = 489–501 | date = July 2008 | pmid = 18806900 | doi = 10.1358/dot.2008.44.7.1219561 }} that shows promise in the treatment of Buruli ulcer. The molecule was identified by Daiichi Sankyo Co., which brought ofloxacin and levofloxacin to the market. Sitafloxacin is currently marketed in Japan by Daiichi Sankyo under the tradename Gracevit.{{cn|date=January 2023}}
