Biography

He was born on November 19, 1819, in Colebrook, New Hampshire, to Horatio Tuttle and Betsey Thomas. He had two children, Hobart Tuttle and Jennie Tuttle Hobart.{{cite news |title=Hobart Tuttle Dies.
