Sohaila Zarrain (July 13, 1993) is a Pakistani footballer who plays as a defender for Balochistan United{{cite news|last1=Wasim|first1=Umaid|title=Balochistan United look to transform women's football in Pakistan|url=http://www.dawn.com/news/1123903|access-date=13 February 2016|publisher=DAWN|date=8 August 2014}} and the Pakistan national women's team.
Zarrain is the daughter of Pakistani women's football President and Senator Rubina Irfan and the sister of Balochistan United and National team manager Raheela Zarmeen.
