Sokolany {{IPAc-pl|s|o|k|o|'|l|a|n|y}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokółka, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|8|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Sokółka and {{convert|44|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
