Sorbitorhynchus is an extinct genus of prehistoric sarcopterygians, or lobe-finned fish.

Fossils of this genus of marine lungfish have been found in Guangxi, China. The only described species in this genus is Sorbitorhynchus deleaskitus,{{cite journal |last1=Shitao |first1=W. |last2=Drapla |first2=V. D. |last3=Barwick |first3=R. E. |last4=Campbell |first4=K. S.
