Spassky District ({{langx|ru|Спа́сский райо́н}}) is an administrative district (raion), one of the forty in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia.Order #3-od Municipally, it is incorporated as Spassky Municipal District.Resolution #670 It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is {{convert|706.6|km2|sp=us}}. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Spasskoye. Population: 10,998 (2010 Census);{{ru-pop-ref|2010Census}} {{ru-census|p2002=13,533|p1989=16,204}} The population of Spasskoye accounts for 35.9% of the district's total population.
