The Spectrum Awards were established in 1994 by Cathy Fenner{{Cite web|url = http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/ea.cgi?10622|title = Cathy Fenner - Summary Bibliography|date = |accessdate = |website = |publisher = |last = |first = }} and Arnie Fenner{{Cite web|url = http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/ea.cgi?10621|title = Arnie Fenner - Summary Bibliography|date = |accessdate = |website = |publisher = |last = |first = }} to recognize the best in fantasy, science fiction, and horror artwork created each year. They were presented until 2019, after which they appear to be defunct.
