Sphaerocoryphe is a genus of trilobite that lived from the middle Ordovician to the Silurian. Its fossils have been found in Australia, Europe, and North America. Both Sphaerocoryphe and Hemisphaerocoryphe had a characteristically bulbous glabella, and the two may represent only one genus.{{cite journal |author=Helje Pärnaste |year=2004 |title=Revision of the Ordovician cheirurid trilobite genus Reraspis with the description of the earliest representative |journal=Proceedings of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, Geology |volume=53 |issue=2 |pages=125–138 |doi=10.3176/geol.2004.2.03 |s2cid=55808470 |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=rg1oc-k1IkMC&pg=PA128|doi-access=free }}
